About Me

This is a journey. My journey through what quite possibly may be a life altering experience. How can toe surgery be a life altering experience you ask? Well, I was born with talons for toes, eagle claws if you will. They are curled and bent and are becoming increasingly uncomfortable as I get older. I've tried to be accepting of the fact that I was given (blessed if you will)with these talons on my feet. I have tried to accept the fact that my body and all of its parts is some sort of divine creation that wasn't meant to be altered. And, having tried to accept these facts I have come to the conclusion that they are still ugly, uncomfortable, and in desperate need for improvement. So, after several dreadful years that have been counted by the endless passing of sandal seasons, pool parties, and days at the beach; I have deciding to have corrective hammertoe surgery.
